July's Artist - Horace Roxborough From singing at the tender age of four to writing his first song by age eight, Horace Roxborough has never looked back. In his teens Roxborough joined several garage bands before forming the Incity Dreams blues band named after a Robin Trower album. Lead by his powerful vocal touch, Incity Dreams toured the Eastern United States and Eastern Canada occasionally opening up for the likes of Albert Collins, James Cotton, Colin James, Paul Janz, and other established recording artists. Over a decade Incity Dreams released albums and music videos with a funk rock fusion style. After a ten-year hiatus, Roxborough returns to the music scene to pay tribute to the music that gave him his start.
